WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Orders can take up 2-7 business days to be fulfilled and shipped to you. Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days depending on the location. Overnight or expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Superior customer service is #1 priority for Leigh's B.L.V.D. So we will do what is necessary and required to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
WHAT ARE THE REASONS FOR THE RETURN?
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Make sure you double check the correct address before submitting.
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to you.
Returned by Customer: We do not refund orders for customer's remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered only for errors on our part. A new order can be placed at your expense for an updated size. Be sure to check the description of product sizes.
